Terms & Conditions

Replacement policy: Online store and RSA corporate customers 

Defective products will be replaced at no cost to the customer provided the defective product is returned to us within 20 calendar days. The delivery charges for the replacement product will be for our account.

Other terms & conditions: Online store

  • All prices are shown in South African Rands (ZAR) and include vat
  • Minimum order amount to first time customers, R142.50 (vat Included)
  • Delivery Charges. Insurance charges are not optional and are included in the delivery charges.
  • Order Acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order. Where we have made an error in description or price we will email you to this effect and will offer a resolution to the problem
  • Compu-Lok will not sell or disclose your personal information to any third parties
  • Out of stock. Where a product is out of stock we will email you to this effect and will give you the option to cancel the order and will refund any amounts which may have been paid.
  • Incorrectly ordered products. We do not provide a refund for an incorrectly ordered product but will replace it with the correct product. If the replacement product costs less than the original product the amount due will be discounted by the appropriate amount. If the replacement product costs more than the original product the difference will be added to the amount due. All delivery charges will be for the customer’s account. The above replacement policy will apply provided the incorrect product is returned to us within 20 calendar days.

Orders in excess of 25 units: Terms and conditions

  • All order enquiries will be directed to the Corporate Section of our website
  • Minimum order quantity: 25 units for Cable-Lock sets, 100 units for components
  • A quotation including delivery options will be provided, by email, within 24 hours (excluding weekends and RSA public holidays)
  • A discount depending on the order quantity will be applied.
  • Orders will be shipped once payment by EFT has been received. Payments must be free of Bank and all other charges.
  • Customers will be given the option to provide their own Freight and Insurance Services
  • The same Terms and Conditions as defined for our On-Line Store with regard to Replacements, Refunds and Incorrect Orders, will be applicable

Orders outside the Republic of South Africa: Terms and conditions

  • All order enquiries will be directed to the corporate section of our website
  • Minimum order quantity: 100 units for cable-lock sets, 500 units for components
  • A quotation will be provided, by email, within 24 hours (excluding weekends and RSA public holidays)
  • A discount depending on the order quantity will be applied
  • Prices quoted will exclude the RSA Value Added Tax
  • Customers to arrange their own freight & insurance
  • Quotations will be subject to customer signature. Consequently, the only replacement policy that will be applied is that with regard to defective products. Defective products must be returned to us within 30 working days.
  • Orders will be shipped once payment by EFT has been received. Payments must be free of bank charges, foreign exchange charges, freight & insurance charges, customs, taxes, and any other charges which may occur.
